1. Booking Policy
- All bookings require a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.
- Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Standard reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded or modified.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless previously paid via a non-refundable booking.
- We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments require a deposit for incidental charges.
4. Pool & Spa Usage
- Access to the rooftop pool and spa areas is restricted to registered guests only.
- For safety reasons, no glass containers are allowed in the immediate pool area, despite our architectural theme. Use the provided polycarbonate drinkware.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
